Failed to code a Nissan key after changed ECU

Problem:
Nissan 2000 model diesel after changing ecu and key, I am failing to code a key. I have several Car Key Programmers in hand, including T300, SKP-900, SBB etc, but they  just saying communication failed. Any idea how to fix the problem?



Possible solutions by cnautotool technician:
Check dash if engine light come on if not check power go ecu if power got live to ecu come on that mean ecu fail then get new ecu swap chip or reprogram ecu. If the check engine light is on, you need a dealership computer to reprogram a new ecu (swap chip from old ecu to new ecu use old key back).
The old ecu have been stolen but I can program the key with immo by Tango key pro, the problem is just ecu how to swap it.
There’s also a eeprom on the ecu that can be done by a tango.
Need old ecu to get eeprom most important but I will say try this computer Nissan consult iii to to full reprogram ecu and on car.
Ok right now I have two ecu one is new i both it in Africa another I bought from CnAutotool.com old it’s possible to get the eeprom on the old ecu.
Yes soldered out chip and put new ecu.
2.Use MVP (the Key Pro M8)/T300 with Nissan -16 adapter it will work.

Program Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2013 All key lost

program remote by Car Key Programmer KD900 remote maker, then directly generate remote with Xtool X300 auto key programmer.
Chip:
Try to read key chip data with XTOOL X300+, if failed to read it. Then disassemble the immo box.


Open the immo box,find out eight-foot chip  S25A32 , see picture below

Read chip S25A32 data with Xhorse VVDI Prog programmer or D3, select 25320 to read and then save data.

Open Tango software, upload the data just read by VVDI-Prog

Use common ID46 chip to write key. Tango Key Programmer will automatically re-write key data to S25A32 8 foot chip.

Tested the newly programmed remote.
Done.

I haven’t done any VAG Cables group programming in my career mainly because we don’t have this cars in my market. However I got customer who has Passat 2009 and needs to program a key in. I have the mechanical key already.
I would appreciate if anyone can give pointers on where to start with. I have heard its precoding and about 7th byte etc, but i don’t the exact steps
Can anyone guide me through? I think i have all the equipment necessary for the job for ex; Tango, tagkey tool. Thanks.

Solution 1:
Remove comfort access and program key with Tango from CnAutotool.com. In tango maker help, they show you how to differentiate ID48 and 46.

Read 95320 u then put dump here and someone give you all 7 bits
Make dealer key ID48 can for vw and put with vcds

New Porsche Parra Meira, Cayenne Key Programming

New Porsche Parra Meira and Cayenne have almost the same immobilizer system. Here are some Car Key Programmer programming tips provided on these models.

1. Read EEPROM from BCM
The Porsche BCM computer is located under the dashboard. There are 3 types of BCM frequency which stand for correspondent key frequency, including 315M, 433M and 434M . They cannot be replaced by each other. The key can be also divided into smart key and semi smart key.



Remove the engine computer, open BCM circuit board, find the CPU which stores the immo data, usually has these 3 types of CPU: 1L15Y，2M25J，5M48H
We use YanHua CKM-100 Car Key Master or VVDI 2 to read eeprom data. Follow the wiring diagram to well connect the BCM with device (see pic. example below). Read eeprom and save data.



2. Generate Key from Eeprom Dump
We can use VVDI 2 or Tango Key Programmer to program new key for new Parra Meira/Cayenne . Open VVDI software, select Porsche key programming, select the corresponding CPU type, insert the key into VVDI2 main unit, read the key ID, check key status, check if key has been used. Make sure you have got the correct key with correct frequency.

Then upload EEPROM data just read. VVDI Commander will display key information, key number, VIN etc. Select key position has not been used, generate dealer key. The device will generate key data. Rewrite the key data back to BCM computer. Reinstall BCM to car, start car with the new key.

Tips:
If you have VVDI II, you can also choose not to rewrite the key data back to BCM and reinstall the BCM to car. Use VVDI2 OBD Key Learning feature, connect VVDI2 key programmer with vehicle, enter software menu, load eeprom data, follow the instruction to learn new key on the car.

Will AK90 read mileage from BMW Key E91 2007

Question before entering:

I’m  looking for a tool to read mileage from BMW KEY from BMW E91 year 2007. I want only read it not change it.

Someone knows which tool i can do that? I heard that Obd2 Key Programmer Tango will do, but i am not willing to spend that money if only need to read it. AK90 key programmer possible?

BMW expert solution:

AK91 plus will identify keys for all EWS and CAS , showing VIN , key No. and mileage from 1995-2009.

BMW AK90 key programmer can read km from key.  I read some for E46 2005 before. I test E91 2007 today. It reads no problem.




But if you need to change/correct mileage on E9x, you can go for Tango Transponder Programmer or Digimaster 3 odometer correction master.

Problem:
I need to program key on Toyota sienna 2002 4 Door XLE passenger and all Toyota/Lexus with 4C chip when all keys are lost in these models. Can I buy a used Toyota 4C key then just virgin the Engine ECU? Will it work that way without further programming of the key?

Solution:
If I’m correct, your got three options, program the used key into the computer eeprom or emulate a tpx1 or cn1 or cn2 from the data or virginize it and that should work. This is using original Tango Key Programmer of course.
If you have tango you can work with a used key or emulate, I have done it and it works perfect at the first try. If you don’t have tango or similar, then virgin dump will be the best option. Always save the original file!

Precode PCF7947 for Laguna 2 button key card with Zed Bull

Here is little guide on pre-coding new PCF7947 for Renault Laguna two button key card with cloned Zed Bull transponder Car Key Programmer.

Instruction:
After replacing the transponder PCF7947 need to be precoding remote control to work properly. You can do this with expensive equipment – TP2, Tango transponder key programmer, or the original ZedBull.

But here’s a way how to do it with Zed Bull V508 cloned.

1. PCF7947 new mount in the card. Then go to HITAG2 buton in ZedBull software.
2. In the menu select PCF7946 and press the button: “READ ALL PAGES”
3. In section “TRANSPONDER ” in the third page, change the bytes as shown in the picture.
4. The same way you do in the “REMONTE” section.
5. Press the buttons: W3, W4, W5, W6, W7
6. The card is ready to be programmed in the car.



Description is designed for two button key card Laguna 2 2001-2005.

How to Program Volvo S80 05 All Keys Lost via TM100

A Volvo S80 2005 driver has lost all car keys. Here is the step-by-step guide to program new key fob under all keys lost.
Step 1:  Read EEPROM Data
Disassemble  Engine Control Module (ECM) under dashboard, remove and open ECU



Locate 93C86 chip on CPU
Desolder chip and read 93C86 data via ECU programmer,i.e XPROG Programmer, then save eeprom data


Step 2: Write key
Some key programming tool optional options you can write key on this model, i.e TM100, VVDI or Tango Programmer.
Here take an example of TM100 Key Programmer.
Connect TM100 with computer, open software, select KeyMaker
Select Volvo-S80-(-2003 28F400)

Then select Open Dump File, upload 93c86 eeprom data just read
Wait some minutes to upload file. Then Car Key Programmer TM100 will display key information, key number, key position etc.

Select unused key position, place a new ordinary ID48 chip into coil of TM100 , then select Write Key
TM100 will re-write ID48 key chip data to car original 93C86 chip and generate a new 93C86 dump file in a few minutes.

Re-write the new 93C86 chip data to car original 93C86 chip via ecu programmer.
Reinstall ECM back to car, now you can start car with the ID48 chip.
Re-write the new 93C86 dump file back to car original 93C86 chip with ecu programmer.
Reinstall the ECU back to car. The new ID48 chip will start car.

How to Program 2000 Renault Megane All Keys Lost

Renault Auto Key Programmer guide can be divided into 4 types according to car model year:
Pre-2016: Straight key, 60 chip.. Add key by CN900 Mini key copy machine.  Read BCM data and write key when all keys lost.
2006-2010: Smart card, ID46 chip. Read IMMO code with X300 key programmer then program key via OBD directly.
2010-2012: Smart card, 46 chip. Part of them can be done by SKP900, X300 via OBD.
2012-2015: cannot program via OBD. Require to read BCM dump and write key, can start car and use remote control.

Here is an example of Renault Megane 2000 year key programming under all key lost situation.
Step 1:
Disassemble BCM computer

Open BCM, locate CPU 1K20C chip MC68HC705B16


Desolder the CPU chip to XPROG Programmer. Read data and then save it.

Step 2: Write Key
Use Tango or TM100 Programmer to write key (here we use TM100)
Selecy KeyMaker->Renault->Megane->2000

Click on “Open Dump File” to upload CPU 1K20C dump data just read.
TM100 key programmer will show original key number and immobilizer information

Select key position to be programmed. Place a 60 chip into TM100’s coil, click on Write Key

TM100 software will write 60 chip data to CPU and generate new file
Rewrite new file back to CPU (MC68HC705B16), reinstall BCM to car.
Now you can start car with the new programmed key.

How to use Tango programmer to copy a key transponder

Firstly, run the Tango transponder programmer software and select vehicle and read information in the “Info” window. Watch the data location field to locate the memory chip. Locate the chip inside of the immobilizer and read it. Save the read data (dump).

Click the “OPEN IMMOBILIZER FILE” button to download the saved dump.
Then the Tango programmer will start analyzing the dump.

When the programmer confirm the dump is correct, the “WRITE” button will be activated and the “Keys” window will display the range of key numbers that can be created.

Check the “Info” window, especially the Allowed transponder field to make sure the Auto Key Programmer you use is of the right type.

Place the transponder into the coil on Tango key programmer.

Choose the key cuts you want create in the “Keys” window.

Click the “WRITE” button.

The writing process will start and transponder will be stored with the appropriate data.

Save a new immobilizer dump when the Tango key programmer software asks you to.

Save a standard File Save dialog when it is displayed on the program.

The new data is saved and must be written into the immobilizer



Write the new dump into the immobilizer. The immobilizer is ready to operate with the created a new transponder .
